Process of Ordering?

The easiest way to order from Scout Home and Soul is to purchase via our website using Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

We are very happy to take orders over the phone (0417164343) or via email. Payment for these can be made by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or direct deposit. 

Products paid for by direct deposit will be posted once we have confirmation of payment.

What are your delivery options?
 

Scout Home and Soul will endeavour to ship all in-stock products within 3 -10 business days. In the case of bespoke or out-of-stock products, customers will be emailed with an estimated shipping date. Please keep in mind that Scout Home and Soul is based in regional Western Australia. This adds one extra day for parcels being delivered by Australia Post and freight companies.

 

How do I return an item?
 

In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged through the delivery process please call us on 0417164343 to organise for the item to be returned and a replacement organised.

Damaged goods must be returned within 7 days and notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt.

If your request to return an item is approved you must return the product in its resalable condition including packaging and hang tags within 7 days of receipt authorisation. We will need a copy of receipt and will then credit your return using the same method of payment but excluding the incurred freight charges.

 

We do not refund due to a simple change of mind. Therefore please be sure when purchasing.

 

If, however you receive goods in error please contact Scout Home & Soul on 0417164343 to arrange return at our expense.

What is your returns policy?
 

Where a product sold by Scout Home and Soul is:

  • Faulty;

  • Not suitable for the purpose for which it was stated to be used; or

  • as otherwise stated by Law;

then on provision of the relevant item and your receipt Scout Home and Soul will provide a refund, replace or repair the item as appropriate.

If you simply change your mind about a purchase or service provided by Scout Home and Soul, then you will not be entitled to a refund of any kind.

What is our Privacy Policy?

Scout Home and Soul is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. 

We only use your information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletter (if you have subscribed) and personalise your shopping experience with us.

We do NOT pass on any of your personal details.

What is your shipping policy?

Please add $12.95 for standard shipping and handling within Australia. Scout Home & Soul does not presently ship to addresses outside Australia. Standard delivery is by Australia post surface mail and generally takes 3 -10 business days.
